At NLP Australia, we are committed to delivering high‑quality training experiences and transformational learning outcomes.

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions relating to payments, deposits, cancellations, transfers, and refunds for all training programs, certifications, workshops, and events.

By enrolling in any NLP Australia training, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Non‑Refundable Deposits

To secure your place in a training program, a deposit may be required.

All deposits are non‑refundable.

Deposits are used to: – Reserve limited seats
– Cover administrative and onboarding costs
– Allocate training resources and materials

3. Cooling‑Off Period

You are eligible for a full refund (excluding processing fees) if you cancel within 7 days of initial enrolment, provided that:

  • The training has not yet commenced, and
  • You have not accessed course materials or student resources.

4. Cancellations by Student

If you cancel your enrolment after the cooling‑off period, the following terms apply:

More than 30 days before training start date

  • Refund available minus deposit and administrative fees.

15–30 days before training start date

  • 50% of the total course fee refundable.

Less than 15 days before training start date

  • No refund available.

This is due to limited seating and the inability to fill late cancellations.

5. Course Transfers

If you are unable to attend your scheduled training, you may request a transfer to a future intake.

Transfer conditions:

  • Minimum 7 days’ notice required
  • Valid for the same course only
  • Must be used within 12 months
  • One transfer permitted per enrolment

An administrative transfer fee may apply.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen events occur.

Refunds or transfers outside standard terms may be considered in cases such as:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Family emergencies
  • Serious unforeseen hardship

Supporting documentation may be required.

All decisions are made at the sole discretion of NLP Australia.

7. Non‑Attendance

Failure to attend training without prior notice is classified as a no‑show.

No refunds or transfers will be provided in this circumstance.

8. Payment Plans

Where a payment plan has been agreed:

  • All instalments must be paid as scheduled
  • Failure to complete payments may result in:
    • Suspension from training
    • Withholding of certification

Refunds are not provided for partially completed payment plans.

9. Access to Materials & Certification

Refunds are not available once:

  • Training has commenced
  • Course materials have been accessed
  • Certification has been issued

10. Cancellation or Rescheduling by NLP Australia

NLP Australia reserves the right to:

  • Reschedule training dates
  • Change venues or delivery format (e.g., in‑person to online)
  • Postpone programs due to low enrolment or unforeseen circumstances

If NLP Australia cancels a training event, you may choose:

  • A full refund, or
  • Transfer to a future intake

NLP Australia is not responsible for travel or accommodation costs incurred.

11. Digital & Online Training

For online or virtual trainings:

  • Refunds are not provided once live sessions begin or recordings are released.
  • Login access is non‑transferable.

12. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing.

Please include:

  • Full name
  • Course name
  • Training dates
  • Reason for request

13. Consumer Law
