MMSS
(McClendon Meta System Survey)
$750.00 The MMSS (McClendon Meta System
Survey) is a 48 question multiple choice assessment
survey that elicits “Meta Programs” The MMSS is a
component of “Behavioural Modelling” and is also used in
recruitment, education and counselling. There are 6
categories (Meta programs) that are elicited.
MOTIVATION, FEEDBACK RESPONSE, PEOPLE RELATIONS,
LEARNING, TIME MANAGEMENT, DECISION MAKING. After
completing the questionnaire, the information is put
into a computer program and the results are presented
graphically. The computer program also has
the facility to build a “Model of Excellence” (MOE)
graph, which is produced via eliciting the Meta
Programs of select high performers. Meta program results
are then compared to the MOE and the information can
be analyzed. The information can then be used to design
targeted training programs, do remedial action to
improve select performance, and determine a candidate's
suitability for a job or determine what areas of
performance need improvement.
