Trainers Training

• The Objectives of course are to produce a quality charismatic and effective NLP Trainer.

• The Outcomes of this are a trained  individual who is to be able to teach others the Methodology, Attitudes and Techniques of the NLP Model. The trainer will be able to teach and train NLP to others in a variety of contexts. Some examples are:  education, business sales, negotiations,  interpersonal communications, counseling techniques. The NLP Trainer will also be qualified to do NLP Modeling .

• The Benefits will be to present him/herself as a qualified trainer of NLP communication and behavioral skills, who is highly skilled in helping others to achieve results in education, business, counseling and sports.

• Time Frames. This training course will run 8 hours per day. Optional evening tutorials will be available to assist students needing extra review.

• Certification. The successful student will be certified as a NLP Trainer.

• Target Audience. .This course is designed for individuals who have reached a level of “Master Practitioner of Neuro- linguistic Programming” and wish to further their training. Practitioners of NLP may enter this training and gain a certificate of “Master Practitioner of Neuro- linguistic Programming”.

• Assessments will be carried out on the 13th and final day of training. The assessment will consist of a practical review of skills gained during the course as demonstrated by each student designing and presenting a training module. Additional assessments will come in the form of written reviews of Practitioner and Master Practitioner skills and techniques presented at the beginning of the course and homestudy as needed.
